报告内容:

  由于全球资源的限制,发展经济和选择性的合成过程,促进可持续的化学合成变得越来越重要。我在新加坡国立大学的研究,专注于发展中性条件下不对称催化氧化还原反应,来实现有机合成中有用的手性砌块的构建。这种方法的显著优势在于,规避了多余的氧化/还原步骤,从而减少化学合成中的废物的产生。特别的,本次报告讲详细介绍以下两部分内容:1.从现有的外消旋的醇,通过不对称“借氢”实现手性胺的制备;2. 通过不对称异构化构建烯基醇的新方法。
